The first general rule
The notice was initiated and formulated by Beijing Yangfang Shengli Cultural Food Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangfang Shengli Company") to serve Yangfang Shengli members and provide a communication platform for members who actively participate in various activities. Members should consciously abide by the instructions for membership and consciously safeguard the image and interests of Yangfang Victory.
Article 2 Purpose
Abide by national laws, regulations and policies, abide by social ethics, and in an attitude of unity, friendship, and mutual assistance, let members truly become masters and enjoy the joy and value of participating in relaxed leisure activities.
Article 3 Membership processing methods and rights and interests
Customers scan the two-dimensional code through WeChat or Alipay (or click on the link through WeChat public number or Alipay), receive the membership card, activate the membership card, fill in personal information (name, mobile phone, gender and birthday), confirm submission, and become members. Each person is limited to one member.
(II) enjoyment of rights
1. Members of Qingyang Card, Yinyang Card and Jinyang Card will return points according to 5% of the consumption amount (for example, 5 points for consumption of 100 yuan). Points can be used in integral mall, the member center;
2. New members enjoy a membership gift (updated regularly, please refer to the monthly member center coupon);
3. Members can get surprises on their birthdays (updated regularly and get birthday rights according to their membership grades). Each member can only fill in one birthday after joining the club and cannot modify it;
4, irregular member preferential activities.
(III) Points Policy
1. When checking out with membership status, members of Qingyang Card, Yinyang Card and Jinyang Card will return points according to 5% of the consumption amount, and the points will take effect on the same day after checking out;
2. From January 1, 2023, points cannot be directly deducted from the consumption amount; The points obtained can only be used if they are exchanged for vouchers or product vouchers through integral mall, the member center. The coupons exchanged for points will not be returned once they are transferred or used (if they are not transferred or used, the consumed points will be automatically returned after expiration). Please carefully confirm the exchange operation;
3. Points in the card are not exchanged for cash, but can only be exchanged for vouchers or product coupons. The deduction part of the coupon will no longer generate points, and the consumption points will not be invoiced;
4. Points are limited in use period, and points will expire 24 months after the date of issuance (for example, points generated on May 31, 2021 will be cleared on May 30, 2023; Points generated on June 1, 2021 will be cleared on May 31, 2023, and so on);
5. If there is any change in the membership points policy, Yangfang Shengli will announce it through our WeChat public number and other official channels before the change takes effect. Please pay attention in time. If you do not agree with the changed regulations, please stop using the membership service and terminate your membership.
(V) Member Level Description
From January 1, 2023, according to the amount of consumption of members, the classification will be divided into Qingyang members, Yinyang members and Jinyang members in turn:
Qingyang member: registered and spent 0-2999 yuan, I .e. accumulated consumption 0-2999 yuan;
Silver sheep member: 3000-7999 yuan, I .e. accumulated consumption of 3000-7999 yuan;
Golden sheep members: 8000 (including 8000) yuan or more, I .e. accumulated consumption 8000 (including 8000) yuan or more;
For this grade change adjustment, the original Qingyang card, Yinyang card and Jinyang card will be upgraded according to the new rules to match the corresponding upgrade conditions, otherwise the existing grade will be maintained.
Yangfang Shengli has the right to update the membership level policy from time to time. If there is any change, it will be announced through our WeChat public number and other official channels before the change takes effect. Please pay attention in time. If you do not agree with the updated regulations, please stop using the membership service and terminate your membership.
(VI) membership upgrade rules
1. The initial classification of members shall be divided according to the accumulated consumption amount of members from May 8, 2019 to September 14, 2022;
2. Members will rise to the corresponding membership level according to their consumption during the above period; the consumption from May 8, 2019 (inclusive) will continue to accumulate on the acquired membership level.
(VII) member relegation or demotion rules
According to the calculation from the date of obtaining the membership grade (inclusive), the golden sheep members will be reduced to silver sheep members if they do not consume within three months. Silver sheep members who do not consume within six months will be reduced to Qingyang members. Qingyang members will no longer be downgraded.
Use of Article 4 Membership
1. When members go to the physical stores in Beijing in Yangfang Shengli for consumption, they need to show their membership status voluntarily so that the stores can carry out points, coupon sales and other operations. If you fail to verify the identity of the member when consuming, you will not be able to enjoy the relevant rights and interests of the member;
2. Membership may not be lent, transferred or otherwise used by third parties;
3, member services and the rights and interests of members are obtained free of charge, the Yangfang victory of the free gift behavior, Yangfang victory to retain the right to operate independently.
Article 5 Modification of Member Information
If members have any personal information changes, they should contact Yangfang Shengli Customer Service in time to provide personal ID cards and screenshots of WeChat data with mobile phone numbers for data changes, so as to avoid inconvenience and losses caused to you due to wrong information. Each member can only fill in one birthday after joining the club.
Article 6 Confidentiality Obligation of Member's Personal Data
No personal information of a Member may be disclosed to a third party without the Member's consent, except in the following cases:
1, in advance to obtain the authorization of the member himself;
2. According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;
3, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant government departments;
4. Sharing information with related parties and cooperative manufacturers of Yangfang Shengli;
5. To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Yangfang Shengli.
Article 7 Continuation and Termination of Membership
1. In principle, the membership is permanently valid, but if a member violates national laws and regulations or public order and good customs, or damages the reputation of Yangfang Shengli (all determined by Yangfang Shengli), Yangfang Shengli has the right to terminate the membership at any time and invalidate the points;
2. Members are free to choose to terminate their membership. Points obtained but not redeemed will not be refunded at the time of termination. Points will be invalid after the termination of membership.
Article 8 Membership Card Lost, Stolen, Damaged
1. If a member cannot use his or her rights and interests due to the change of his or her mobile phone number or the damage or theft of his or her mobile phone, he or she should immediately call Yangfang Shengli Customer Service Hotline 4008527010 to handle the change or loss report. Yangfang Shengli has the right (but no obligation) to transfer the balance of points to the electronic membership card under the member's new mobile phone number according to the records under the member's original mobile phone number in its own or partner manufacturer's database. If Yangfang Shengli cannot operate as above due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by members, Yangfang Shengli will not assume any responsibility.
ARTICLE 9 NOTICE TERMS
Yangfang Shengli will adjust the membership notice, membership rights, membership points policy or membership grade from time to time according to the actual situation and operating policies. Before the adjustment takes effect, it will be announced in advance on WeChat public number or other official channels of Yangfang Shengli. Yangfang Shengli will not make one-on-one SMS, email or other forms of notification. Please pay attention to relevant information yourself. If you do not agree with the adjusted regulations, please stop using the membership service and terminate your membership.
Article 10 Supplementary Provisions
1. When applying for an electronic membership card, you need to provide real personal information (name, gender, birthday, mobile phone number) to protect your membership rights. If members cannot enjoy/participate in preferential activities or other rights and interests are damaged due to filling errors, the members themselves shall bear corresponding responsibilities;
2. When the member cancels the meal and refunds, all the money will be returned according to the original payment channel, the corresponding points given by the meal will be recovered, and the coupons and stored value amount used for the meal consumption will be returned to the member account;
3. Yangfang Shengli has the right to investigate the responsibility of the parties concerned for the acts of forging, embezzling and fraudulently using the membership of others. If the above acts cause losses to Yangfang Shengli, Yangfang Shengli has the right to demand compensation from the parties concerned;
4. Joining as a member means that you agree to the provisions of this membership notice, and you are also authorized to agree to receive preferential information related to members, including but not limited to short messages, WeChat notifications, etc. If you do not want to receive it, you can also reply to TD to unsubscribe or directly cancel your attention to WeChat public number after checking the information.
