Stored Value Agreement

You are welcome to use the online value storage function. Please read the value storage agreement carefully before you store the value. If you do not agree with the content of this value storage agreement, please stop the value storage operation in time. Once you submit the value storage operation (check the agree button), you fully agree and accept the following terms.

1. Stored Value Rules
The 1.1 stored value is limited to Yangfang Shengli members.
✦ 1.2 Once your stored value is successful, we will not be able to provide services related to changing and correcting the stored value limit.
1.3 You must carefully confirm your account number when carrying out the stored value operation. If your rights and interests are damaged due to improper operation and other factors, you have no right to ask us to make any form of compensation.
After the 1.4 value is successfully stored, it is suggested to go to WeChat applet "Yangfang Shengli Membership Card"-mine, modify the membership card password to protect the account security. The initial password is the default password. Please remember the password after modification. The stored value consumption needs to provide the password. If the account problem caused by not modifying the membership password or forgetting the password in time, our company will not be liable for compensation.
1.5 specific rules for the use of stored value activities and stored value coupons. Cash cannot be withdrawn from stored value. Conference meals, group meals, wedding banquets, full moon banquets and other banquets cannot be used. Please refer to your dining store for details;
The 1.6 member stored value activity is only applicable to stores that have opened stored value.
1.7 Invoice Time and Rules:
The invoice issued is: General VAT Invoice;
Notes on invoicing: the invoice is limited to be issued within 30 days from the date of storage value. if you need the invoice on the same day, please be sure to issue it on the same day of storage value, and the invoice will not be issued when using this card for consumption;

2. Privacy Terms
2.1 We and our affiliates will not sell, rent, sell or otherwise disclose the personal data you submit without your consent, except as required by law.

3. Disclaimer
We are not liable for any of the following:
✦ 3.1 any disclosure of personal information or loss of account funds caused by you informing others of your personal information or not changing the initial password in time.
✦ 3.2 any personal information leakage, loss, theft or tampering caused by force majeure affecting the normal operation of the mobile phone network due to hacker attacks, mobile phone virus intrusion, temporary closure caused by government regulation, etc.

4. Change, Interruption or Termination of Services
As a technical service platform, we only provide services according to the status quo. If the stored value service needs to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrade, we will notify in advance as much as possible. In addition to the circumstances described in the preceding paragraph, within the scope permitted by law, we also reserve the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the stored value service at any time without prior notice to you. We are not responsible for the interruption or delay caused by the following circumstances:
(1) by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs, hacker attacks;
(2) the user's computer software, system, hardware, network and communication line failure;
(3) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.

5. Entry into force and change of agreement
✦ 5.1 you use this service, you shall be deemed to have read this agreement and accept the binding of this agreement.
✦ 5.2 We may amend the terms of this Agreement as necessary and make an announcement prior to the entry into force of such terms. You can check the latest version of the agreement on the relevant service page. Please pay attention to it in time to protect your rights and interests. After the modification of this agreement, if you continue to use the service, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified agreement; if you do not agree to the modified agreement, you shall stop using the service and apply for a refund (if there is any balance).

6. Refund
6.1 Refund Description:
If members need voluntary refund, please click Yangfang Shengli Member-My Account (Member Center)-Click Card Package-Click Balance-Click Apply for Refund-Click Submit Refund after filling in relevant information through WeChat applet. After you initiate a refund application, Yangfang Victory will temporarily freeze your membership card for the convenience of settlement. During this period, the use of stored value accounts and other benefits related to members will be suspended, and your membership card will not be used until the refund is completed. If you need to consult the detailed refund process or other related matters, please call Yangfang Shengli customer service hotline. When initiating a refund, if an invoice has been issued, the invoice will be voided.
Members submit personal refund data. After the data is approved, the refund will be returned within 14 days. In case of holidays or force majeure, the time will be postponed.
6.2 voluntary refund amount calculation rules:
A. Full refund: if the stored value amount, the gift amount or the gift certificate are not used, a full refund can be made;
B. Partial refund: the stored value amount or the gift amount or the used part of the gift certificate shall be refunded according to the following methods: refund amount = account stored value balance-used gift amount and gift certificate amount;
For example, the customer has stored the value of 300 yuan and gives 20 yuan gift certificates. The 205 yuan and 20 yuan gift certificates have been used, and the balance is 95 yuan. At this time, the refund amount is 75 yuan (calculation method: 95-20=75 yuan)
C. If the amount after settlement is not an integer, the settlement method is: to round the way to retain two decimal places.
D. If the balance is negative after calculation according to the above method, no refund will be given.

7. Other provisions
The 7.1 of this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the matters agreed in this agreement and other related matters. Except for the provisions of this agreement, no other rights are granted to the parties to this agreement.
✦ 7.2 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
